try to replace it with the new lcd ...?
check its connections lcd ..?
1. second check its lcd working voltage (Vaux and Vio that yellow box) ..... if both the voltage you can not get out of the jumper working voltage equal its value

2. if both the working voltage is still good ..... replace both its display ic
